Bausch Health believes in the value of ongoing education for health care professionals. We provide grants to U.S. organizations that provide independent, professional education initiatives for physicians, including continuing medical education. Bausch Health does not influence the content or the programs and has established policies regarding independent grants to ensure the company is in compliance with all federal and state laws and the American Academy of Continuing Medical Education (AACME) standards.
Bausch Health may receive requests from physicians or institutions for assistance in the form of free product or funding for clinical or basic research. Bausch Health is not the sponsor of these studies and they are not affiliated with our own clinical development programs. We believe, however, that investigator-initiated research can produce important contributions regarding Bausch Health's products or therapeutic areas of interest to the company. Bausch Health only provides grants for research where the research is intended to address a bona fide scientific question in an area of interest to the company.

Please be sure to include the following information:
- A cover letter on the official letterhead of the requesting Organization or proposal requesting the charitable contribution
- The name and contact information of a primary contact for the Organization
- The Organization’s W-9 form or equivalent proof that the organization maintains not-for-profit status under the laws of the country in which it is registered/chartered
- A detailed description of the contribution being requested, including the dollar amount or product requested, the nature of the program or event, timing, and any other information that could be useful in deciding whether to fund the request
