Our personnel have an obligation to report actual or suspected misconduct. We maintain various reporting methods, including an anonymous hotline that is operated by an independent third-party. Employees can also raise concerns through their management, through the Human Resources Department, or by reaching out directly to our Ethics
Our Business Ethics Reporting Policy provides additional information about our processes for handling reports of misconduct. We have implemented Standard Operating Procedures for handling misconduct reports, which include processes for incident investigations and for ensuring corrective actions are implemented when misconduct occurs. Our investigations, their outcomes, and associated corrective actions are overseen by the Audit and Risk Committee of our Board of Directors.
We strictly prohibit retaliation against any individuals who raise misconduct concerns in good faith. We strictly adhere to all applicable laws protecting the rights of whistleblowers.
